We spent 4 months looking for our new home and the very first day I met Alex I knew that was going to be our home. It was quite a traumatic experience for 4 months, but Federica and Alex made it so much easier. They follow, guide and help us through everything, even those things that we were supposed to do by ourselves. We have rigid work schedules, that the most of times weren’t compatible with the normal agency working hours, they did understand and did their best to support and reach the goal. I have been through at least 10 different agents all around London,north to south, but they were able to do their job in a professional way and at the same time were really friendly and available. I'm not into my third year of renting out a property through Orland Reid. Generally, my experience with the Orland Reid team has always been a productive and pleasant one. When the property is occupied, they are very communicative when informing me of any potential issues that need dealing with. The aftercare team are extremely professional, friendly and always responsive. They always seem to do their absolute best to deal with any issues, helping me and the tenants in the process. Whilst it hasn't been easy to re-rent the property during the pandemic, multiple members of the team have worked hard to keep the property visible online, arranging multiple viewings as well as compiling the digital viewing option as well. When renting a property, issues come up from time to time naturally. But I'm comforted by the thought that my queries are always treated with reasonable urgency and care. Since we moved in to our rental property, our experience with Orlando Reid has been great. Lakhan Nath, our property manager, has listened to our concerens and has acted swiftly and proffessionally to ensure that the property becomes our home. We had concerns moving in as upon viewing, the property was in a dire state from the previous tenants and the letting agent was late on multiple occasions. This didn't fill us with confidence. Once that part of the process was out of the way, it has pretty much smooth sailing and our experience has been great! Every issue has been resolved and we feel confident with Lakhan as our property manager.
