I needed to move in ASAP and Battersea managed to complete the whole process 10 days from me contacting them about the listing. There were a few hiccups, but it was only because they were thorough and professional to protect the landlord's best interest. Having said that, while the landlord is their client, they also acknowledged my interests and liaised with the landlord to fulfil my requests. In short if you're reading this review to know whether to trust Battersea, I assure you you can and that you won't be surprised with any hidden fees or unfair terms.

I just rented a flat through Battersea & Nine Elms Estate, honestly, I was very pleased with the fact that they were very attentive to my needs and requirements. Not every agency works like this. I have been with 5 agencies in the past years and this is one of my favorites (I had only one before that). Ben has been fabulous for finding me the perfect flat and making an offer. Patricia and Simone amazing for taking care of all the paperwork and giving me advices. And the same goes for Anna, my property manager with whom I am sooo pleased 😃, there were some little issues in the flat and she organised the contractors to come the same week. It feels so good when you don’t have to chase or agent to get something fixed and that the price that you pay meets the service you receive. Great job everyone! Pleased to be working with you! Unfortunately due COVID I couldn't extend my working contract so I had to move out at the start of Feb21.
