I rented an apartment with Becker for ~4 years and had an amazing experience, Tim, Lucy and the rest of the team have always been very professional, polite and absolutely helpful throughout my tenancy. Any issues were resolved quickly and could reach out to them for any concerns which were always answered. Two of my colleagues were/are also tenants with them and extremely happy. Would highly recommend to anyone renting/buying in NW London.Thanks alot Tim, Lucy and Dan.

I moved in to the flat managed by Becker&Co over a month ago; before that, I was in touch with the agency for a few weeks while looking for the right place. This is by now the best experience I had with the letting agencies. All the steps in the moving procedure went swimmingly. Communication has been great too. Met Lucy and Tim, both extremely nice and helpful. Lucy went an extra mile to arrange for me to move in asap. 6/5 !!

I just wanted to spend a minute praising all the staff that work at Becker and Co. I have been letting through them little over a year now. I have to say they have made it such an easy process and ride for me. I remember when I first got in contact with Becker and Co to enquire about a property in the Colindale area. I was nervous and unsure on what to expect as I had never attempted to rent or indeed buy a property before, so the whole process was new to me. I first spoke with Lucy who reassured me of the process and put my mind at ease within minutes of talking to her. She explained the process in a clear and professional way. She reassured me that they would do everything to find me the perfect place. They took all my needs and considerations into place from the very start. Fast toward a few months, I was moving into the new property. Lucy again, was on hand to help me with the check list and always made sure she answered questions I had super quickly! So thanks again Lucy!! Dan has also been great, I had a few issues with the meter in the property(no fault of Becker and Co). Dan who was helping with the management of the property was always there when I needed work doing or gave me some great advice on what I could do to fix certain issues. If this was not the case, he would always find a way to come and look himself before arranging a contractor if needed. Tim is also great. I’ve recently just moved into the second property with Becker and Co. Again, as stated above - everyone was there to help me with the whole process. I was adamant that I stayed with Becker and Co because of the such great experiences I had. Tim was there on call to find me and my partner the perfect property whilst we save to buy - which I hope one day is with Becker and Co. In short - I could recommend them enough. If you are looking to rent or buy, these are the people to do it with, I promise you!!

My girlfriend and I have been renting a flat through Becker and Co. for the last 3 years, we ended the tenancy a couple of weeks ago due to a change in location. Over the 3 years we have only great things to say about Tim Becker and all of his colleagues working for this brilliant company. We have been looked after over the time we have rented, always with a friendly, professional, prompt service and a can-do attitude. Whenever there have been issues with the block of flats, the flat itself or even additional improvements around the flat, Tim has attended to these in a timely fashion and always resolved to a high standard. We rented a property in North London using Becker and Co between 2012-13. They are not the first agent we have worked with but they are definitely the best! Tim was our main contact and he managed the flat professionally throughout the process. We wanted a parking space and Tim persevered in persuading the landlord to give us one without raising the price. He is friendly and extremely helpful. There was this one time that our washing machine broke down and we were about to go on holiday, and Tim and the team responded quickly and got it fixed efficiently. The fees they charge are reasonable given the level of service we received. By the time we left the flat, Tim recommended a cleaning crew that were impressive in what they do and good value for money. There was no problem in claiming back our deposit whatsoever. If you want an agent who is sensible, trustworthy and responsive, we would definitely recommend Becker & Co!

I was so lucky to find Becker and Co when moving back to London in 2014. The housing market in the UK can be very tough and it’s genuinely difficult to not only find a good place to live but mostly to have the right support from your estate agent. I can safely say that Becker and Co is the most professional estate agent I have ever had. Their continuous support and immediate responses on every issue we experienced in the flat during a tenancy of 4 years was amazing. I am currently renting a flat in the Pulse development in Colindale which is managed by Becker & Co. My main point of contact has been Tim Becker and from day one I have been extremely impressed by the professional, friendly and fantastic service I have recieved. I have resided in the flat for over a year and a half now, and in that time I have only had a few maintenance issues. These have been addressed and resolved within a matter of days. Infact - the last problem I had was resolved and fixed the very next day after me bringing it to the managing company's attention! Tim is excellent with communicating and keeping you up to date. He will reply to a text or e-mail within hours. All in all I am 100% satisfied with the service I recieve from Becker & Co and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends in future who may be looking to rent a property.

Our flat has been managed by Becker and co for a year and 3 months. From day one Tim Becker has taken a hands on and personable approach. the company has a very friendly and knowledgeable approach to its clients and Tim is an individual who is not only likeable but knew the answers to the various questions we asked about each property we viewed (you'd be surprised how rare this is!) and was enthusiastic in showing them to us. We picked our two bed flat as it was in the right location, for the right price. We first viewed the flat on 23 December and placed an offer the same day. We paid our deposits, had our references checked and moved in on the 5th January, which I thought phenomenal considering we were completing paperwork over the Christmas holidays. Since moving in, we have had a small number of issues to deal with which include; washing machine not working correctly, floor fixing issues, standing charge issues and noisy neighbours. Each issue has not only been dealt with but was dealt with quickly and efficiently on each occasion. Tim calls back the same day if I ever contact him and I don't believe we've had to wait more than two days for something to be sorted. I cannot fault this managing company and its attitude towards its tenants. We recently enquired about moving to a larger property in the development and turned one property down solely on the basis that it was not to be managed by Becker and Co. I can highly recommend Becker and Co. as one of their tenants and believe you would struggle to find anyone in the development that would disagree if the friendly greetings I see Tim receives when visiting the development from time to time are anything to go by.

I'm currently renting a flat in the Pulse development, and we've experienced some issues. A communal pipe exploded over the weekend (the pipes were not welded together by the builders) and some minor fogging on the windows. Everytime I got in touch with Tim, he was relatively quick to respond and helped as much as he could. Can't say I'm displeased with Becker & Co at all, as everything so far has been handled professionally and within reasonable time.
