I have worked with Richard Greene since 2009 and have been very happy with the level of support received. Most recently, I have at long last purchased a flat and this has been in no small part thanks to Pierce who showed me the property in the first instance, for which I am beyond grateful for! It was a particularly lengthy and difficult transaction, and Pierce was on the ball and very responsive every step of the way which was impressive. Very happy to use B&B again and would recommend to anyone!

Outstanding service. We received a fair, transparent and supportive treatment, making our moving into a new neighbourhoood much smoother. I viewed dozens of properties with other estate agents, and I found the estage agent from B&B in charge of my search (she was called Nina) the best I've ever come across. I found her style and approach very professional. I liked that she let me view the property on my own to start with, leaving me to absorb the space without being pestered which often happens with other agents. She never put pressure on me while still showing enthusiasm. The balance was just right. She was also genuinely friendly. Treated like a loyal customer on rental fees but costs on management (especially where any work is required) needs to be watched. Overall a great team and great service.

Hats off to this estate agents. They make such a refreshing change from the more anonymous large scale multiple chain agencies that they compete with.
