Sherrie was just fantastic and I cannot praise her enough! She got in touch with us as soon as we made an enquiry, only contacting us when necessary (unlike many other agents who call you constantly) and only showed us properties that met our criteria. She was so efficient we found our new place in only one day! The agent (Shaun) was very flexible in setting up somewhat unorthodox terms for the letting agreement and I am immensely grateful that he went above and beyond to make it happen. First of all the properties that Shaun showed us were great, but I was truly impressed by his work. Shaun picked up phone calls any time of day or week, immediately replied on all emails, answered and addressed all our concerns. Unlike agents at other places, where there was either too much talk, but no work, where agents disappeared for days, where they did not hear our needs and kept showing us apartments that clearly were not matching our descriptions, with Shaun it all went into fast-forward mode right from the start, we were not waiting for anything, and every time we talked or met we actually advanced closer to our new home.
