I would like to thank Ivan and Thuraya from Benham & Reeves for making the process of settling into the apartment very smooth. Ivan went above and beyond in making sure the house was painted before I moved-in even though it was not agreed beforehand. Thuraya was patient and understanding when I was facing payment related issues. I highly recommend the staff and the company for ensuring top notch experience for the tenants.

Being a long standing landlord with B&R, my experience working with both Ivan Hrissimov and Ms Thuraya has been a pleasant journey. They were professional and responsive. However, I hope to experience improvement in the finance timeliness in transferring my rentals. That seemed to be a perpetual pattern of delays.
