We used Bennett Walden to sell our flat and would recommend to anyone in the area looking to sell. Mark was the ultimate professional as was Reina. Mark ensured he stayed in contact and did lots of chasing of our buyer's solicitors to ensure momentum was maintained. We decided to go with Mark because of his lifelong knowledge of the area and felt he was trustworthy. We were fortunate enough to have multiple offers put in on our flat on the first day of viewings. Mark advised us well. I have no regrets using Bennett Walden, a great, friendly local estate agent.

We used Bennett Walden to sell our flat in Barnet. And even though this was not their usual area, Mark Brinkley was amazing. He was always responsive and got us a number of offers decide from but his hard work didn't stop there! The hardest part about a sale is getting it over the line and our buyer was difficult but Mark kept the ball rolling, kept in contact with all other parties and event all the solicitors too. I am pretty sure our chain would have fallen down without Mark - we really are so grateful for all he did to get to completion! Mark Brinkley is by far the best estate agent I have dealt with in 40 years of selling property. When I invited local estate agents to value my house, I was surprised by the differences in approach and valuation. There were several reasons why I chose Mark. My first criterion was to find someone I could trust. From the start Mark stood out as the most professional and trustworthy. His valuation was also the highest and his fee reasonable. I was willing to trust his expertise and he was proved right. My house sold for £40000 more than the lowest estimate. Over the next few months he also gave me invaluable advice and support. The transaction should have been straightforward but there were problems with the lease of the flat I was buying. Throughout the process Mark was patient and helpful. He made sure he kept in contact with the solicitors and the buyers to keep the chain going. It is definitely his dedication and hard work on my behalf which secured the sale in the end. At a very difficult time for my family, Mark and Reina of Bennett Walden have been incredibly supportive, kind, helpful, resourceful and effective in selling our mother's house. Whenever problems arose, mainly due to an unscrupulous buyer in our chain, they remained calm and always made sure that we had a number of options. We live some distance away, but Mark made himself available to let surveyors in and he even organised for our roof to be mended when it leaked.
