i have worked with Bensons in three capacities: First of all as a purchaser of a property, secondly as a landlord, and thirdly as a vendor. They are a wonderful pleasure to deal with in every capacity. When I was letting a flat they were really good both at finding excellent tenants, and also in handling issues such as maintenance and dealing with the management company. And when it came to selling they found a serious buyer and ensured all the transaction went smoothly and to time. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years but Bensons are far and away the best, and I would definitely use them again.

I have used Bensons to purchase and redecorate a property in Westminster. Having looked on the market over a considerable time, and having viewed multiple properties with multiple agents, I can honestly say the service Bensons provides is second to none. Nicholas is the agent who arranged our viewing of the property we were to settle with. We were impressed with his honesty and courtesy. Furthermore, he had great knowledge of the building in which the flat was located and the area. Maria was heavily involved in the eventual purchase of the flat. She also was the project manager for the redecorations that we undertook. We have been so impressed with her dedication, attention to detail and enthusiasm as a manageress. She works incredibly hard, answering emails in the middle of the night if needed, visiting the property at short notice, as well as ensuring work is completed to a very high standard. She clearly has much experience with dealing with properties around the Westminster region, and it shows in her sales and project management. In particular, I would note the after-sale care is remarkable. She is always happy to continue to help with any aspect of your property. The workmen that Bensons use are particularly commendable. Steve, Simon and their colleagues have undertaken an incredibly neat and professional job in redecorating the property. They really do go out of their way to ensure the property is refurbished well. Of note, they have decades-worth of experience in dealing with apartment blocks in Westminster. You can always call them if something needs attention, and they will come almost instantly to help. They really are some of the neatest, most professional decorators I have come across, with a genuine willingness to help. Similarly Wally and Hussein, the electricians which Bensons use, are very dedicated. Wally has brilliant vision with respect to optimum placement of lights and lighting effects, to the extent that his work can dramatically transform a property. He has done a marvellous job. He listens carefully to what you want, and then delivers brilliantly. Bensons is a family-run business, and this is perhaps its greatest strength. The reason is because they deliver a degree of personalised care with such attention to detail that is truly remarkable. As their client, they will put your interests first, and work incredibly hard to help you. One gets the real sense that a great degree of attention is dedicated to the customer. In sum, I recommend Bensons as an agent to buy property from and as project managers without reservation.

They knew the apartment, the owner, and me very well - and I knew them. Any issue was dealt with promptly and efficiently – requiring only one email or phone call.
