The moving in process was smooth and efficient, and any issues we've had since have been sorted out quickly. Sold my house through jube at Blackstones estates in October 2020 Even though the first buyer withdraw the offer a week before exchange! (the number one nightmare scenario for anyone selling their home to move into a new one!) jube managed to find us another buyer within a week, completed our sale and move within 6 weeks and didn’t miss out on the house we offered on initially! I've met Jube and Blackstones Estates while I was looking for a flat around Haringey. After visiting a flat that wasn't hitting all the marks, Jube bounced back and drove us to a lovely refurbished 2 bedrooms on the Haringuay Ladder. It was a perfect match and we spent a lovely yest in here, bur we would've stayed much longer if it wasn't for the need of an additionnal bedroom. Whilst we were living in the property, I can say I've only got good things to share about Jube and the team. They've always been quick to answer my requests, often dropping by within the day to fix any problems within the flat. After a first bad experience with another agency, and a not-so-good one with my current one, the Blackstones team definitely comes out as one of the best I've had since I came to London. Renting from Blackstones was an excellent introduction to dealing with my first landlord. I rented a flat in clerkenwell under this agency for 1 year between 2016 and 2017 and often wish that my experiences with more recent landlords mirrored those of mine with this agency. Everything was very easy and transparent, Ruhul Amin and his team were professional and helpful, and the property was kept at a high standard of repair throughout the year. If anything went wrong, Ruhul was reachable by mobile at almost any time of day, sorted requests out within days, and even offered to replace furniture after we moved in if it wasnt to our liking. The landlord was down-to-earth and didnt muck about when it came to contracts, holding deposits or deposit repayments, and was also really flexible when it came to some tennants on the contract needing to leave early. He made sure that any necessary paperwork was sorted before departure from the property and was reasonable about deposit return, and generally left you feeling reassured, which is something that can be quite rare in London. Something to bear in mind is that I was a student at the time of rental, so it was a pretty big deal to be taken seriously by an agency. Overall, I would say that the nicest thing about Blackstones is that they have a real sense of customer service and respect for their tennants that is sadly lacking elsewhere in the London rentals market, and could not recommend this agency enough for somebody looking for a rental, particularly if you are moving to London for the first time and feel a little anxious about which agencies to turn to.
