Prash has been nothing but a great landlord. In London it is very difficult to find someone who genuinely cares for their tenants. We have been at the property for 5 years and Prash has had the grace to leave us to our Privacy while fixing any issues we've had. For example he replaced the boiler in 2 days of it breaking in the middle of winter. A great person, a lovely property, the best landlord we've had in the 15 years of renting in London.
