I cannot recommend Brik too highly. I bought my house through them with the help of James Sims back in 2013 and have just concluded the sale with the help of Chris Holliss. It is refreshing to know one is in 'safe hands'. This pro-active, patient and positive team are completely up to speed on every angle of the Fulham market. There is always someone to answer a query or give advice and I found the rental team equally informative. The thing about Brik is that they are 'normal', there is no suited and booted, estate agent waffle that you get with other's on the High St, it is like renting a property with a professional friend. They found us a great tenant and the rent is collect and paid without having to lift a finger! I must say that I saw the property first on 'RightMove'. I phoned Brik immediately and they arranged a viewing for me the following morning. The flat is brilliant - bright, spacious, immaculate - recently refurbished, and I'm the first tenant. I walked in and made on offer within less than a minute. Compared to the other twenty or so flats I'd viewed this was head and shoulders above the rest.
