If I put this truthfully, I would say that there were a few small issues when I first moved in, but not anymore because Hasan who has been very helpful. The builder who sent by Hasan to fix the problems of my room was also nice and friendly. Hasan even sent me email to double check if the issue has been fixed, I mean - that’s professional! Really straightforward process for moving in, even as I was taking over a contract for someone moving out. We had very few issues the whole time I was in the flat, and when we did Hasan was always quick to get it sorted. The majority of my interaction with the agency was actually after I had moved out— I made a typo when sending my bank details for my deposit refund, and the money ended up in someone else’s account at my bank. I will iterate, this was WHOLLY my fault. Hassan was fantastic and contacted the bank as I called mine, went through the whole payment recall process and kept me updated while we waited to know the result. In the end, the recall was successful and I got my deposit back! I feel very fortunate to have had someone as helpful as Hasan on my side to get it all sorted. Thanks again!
