We have recently purchased our first flat and Brooks were the selling agent. While the sale went on for much longer than we wanted and there were some stumbling blocks along the way, Dannii and the rest team at Brooks Estate Agents were great to deal with throughout the process. Even when things got tense at times, we were able to have a civil negotiation with Brooks which was fantastic! All the best to Dannii and the rest of the team going forward.

I would totally recommend Brooks. It's a smaller family-run agency and benefits from that, in the sense that you're not made to feel like just another customer. James and Jake, in the Streatham office, dealt with our sale and they couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and forthcoming. I had a very good experience with Brooks Estate Agents, I found a very good property on Rightmove and arranged to view it. Due to work duties I could only make 7 p.m. but Alex was more than happy to show me the property at that time. After a few viewings I knew this was the right property. The thing I find refreshing about Brooks is they didn't do the hard sales pitch - 'this is a great property' unlike many agents I have dealt with in the past. We purchased the property within 6 weeks and the process was very quick and professional. We also had to rent out our flat and decided to use Brooks again, Jade totally exceeded our expectations and found a tenant within 1 day of marketing it. The tenant checks are very thorough and I trusted Brooks totally with the process. For me they are without doubt the best agent in Streatham for the following reasons – Viewings on time, late viewing available, fast process, professional, thorough checking process for tenants, good communication, no hard-sell tactics & reasonable rates.

She was professional, personable and efficient without being pushy. I actually had an issue crop up with the seller about building charges after having made an offer and then dealt with Robert whilst Emma was on holiday.
