It was a pleasure dealing with Gavin with the sale of my property. After requesting a valuation via Rightmove which linked me to 4 other local agents Gavin was the last agent to contact me, after speaking with 4 other estate agents I must say I had very little interest however I must say Gavin’s approach was by far the most pleasant and reassuring, he wasn’t pushy or scripted like the other agents I had spoken to. At the valuation he maintained this pleasant and warming approach and presented a full marketing plan which he had prepared specifically for my property which none of the other agents I met with produced. I decided to market my property with them on a sole agency basis. He gave an estimated timescale of 6 weeks which I though was very optimistic but further to my surprise I received an offer within just 2 weeks. Whist I did not accept this first offer they later got me another 2 offers 2 weeks later which I accepted one. All in all they managed to sell my property in just over 3 weeks. I’ve been impressed with the regular updates and even more impressed with them putting up with my 101 questions. I look forward to working with them on my next project and would highly recommend them within the area.

Kandice of Bryan Estates was handling the sale of our property and found a buyer within 2 weeks of having it on the market. It had previously been with one of the large agents in Islington who had been unsuccessful. From the start, Kandice demonstrated impressive knowledge and confidence of the market, resulting in securing a satisfactory sale price. Throughout the legal process, Kandice was steady in her approach leading to a smooth exchange and completion. Gavin in the lettings department also secured an extremely strong rental tenancy on another of my properties, again where a big agent had failed to deliver. He negotiated with several prospective tenants in order to achieve the best result possible and was able to get the deal tied up within a week of taking the property on. Once again he demonstrated a professional and knowledgeable approach to the tenancy with quick and very satisfying results. Highly professional in approach and deliverance. Should it be Sales or Rentals, I would definitely instruct Bryan Estates to handle my portfolio in the future.
