My partner & I have lived in one of their flats for nearly 4 years and have been very happy with our treatment the whole time. Any issues we needed sorting out would be completed no problem in very good time. When we had an issue with the landlord upstairs (separate property) they stepped in & did all the leg work at a moment's notice. All our safety certificates are always kept up to date, and we always receive a warm welcome when we pop into the office. Thanks again we will miss you! 😊

We needed a couple of things fixed when we moved in and they were quick to action our requests. You hear about some nightmare agents/landlords but Capital is not one of them! Highly recommended.

Sean is the most efficient, honest and organised estate agent I have ever met. He gets things done simple as that. The rest of the team - Diana, Natalie, Siobhan and George are also very responsive and helpful.
