We recently let our newly refurbished two bedroom flat in Earl's Court with the help of the wonderful team at Carter Jonas. Lajla and her team were amazing at every step. Victoria was a joy to work with and took the time to get a real understanding of our personal situation and the property itself, paying particular attention to our concerns from prior difficult tenancies. She was incredibly efficient and presented us with a selection of possible tenants that perfectly matched our requirements in less than 10 days! The paperwork was arranged swiftly and all the required admin was made completely stress free for us. We are absolutely thrilled with our new tenants and delighted with how smooth and painless the process was. We have used other agencies before but will now always come directly to Lajla and Victoria - most highly recommended!
