I really enjoyed the experience of renting a property with Castle Residential. I worked with Magda and succeeded in securing a fantastic apartment from abroad and virtually. Her responsiveness and care to our needs and questions were exemplary. We received a video tour of the apartment in literally less than half an hour after calling the agency. Then, throughout the whole process, she and her colleagues ensured that everything goes on smoothly and peacefully. My wife and I are excited about our new home, and it happened mainly because of great attention we received and the professionalism and understanding Magda and her colleagues showed to our situation and requirements.

Living 250 miles away, it was vital to us to have not only an efficient agent on the spot but also one who would develop a good relationship with the elderly tenants. Dear Andy McEwan, I remember our conversation as you were transferred to me as you were not willing to give essential registering details such as your address before arranging a viewing. I politely explained that as well as a safety precaution before sending one of my staff to a viewing it also helps us ascertain and qualify any potential tenant which is an essential part of our job. I also explained more practically that our software system simply did not allow us to arrange a viewing without this information. When you then asked if I required your DNA code I did state that I did not have time to have a silly conversation. I am sorry you felt we were " rude " , I certainly did not feel this was my manner.
