I bought my flat through Steve at Castles 10 years ago. He really was a pleasure to deal with and a big reason why I bought the place as he gave me great advice that I was taking on a sound investment. He was right! I turned to Castles throughout the years with evaluations and advice and when I decided to relocate last year, it was an easy decision to turn to Castles again. The whole team, Panos, Steve and Russell worked hard to find the right buyer whilst being easy to communicate with. They were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was any bother to them. Highly recommend them. Sincere, trustworthy and genuinely passionate about their jobs and helping their clients whether it is buying a first home which can be daunting, or selling a property. They take the stress and deal with any problems brilliantly.

We received great service during the sale of our flat. We spoke to a wide variety of agents and chose Castles for their better understanding of the local market and for the additional thought and care they put into photographing the property. I recently sold my house with Castles and specifically with the sale being managed by Russell Totten, with Panos and Steve helping out too. And although the process was conducted in a challenging sales climate, and and even more challenging personal situation (sale by divorce), Russell and his colleagues handled everything with a complete professional and sensitive courtesy at all times. They kept both myself and my ex-wife involved;ved throughout and were active and pro-active in the background making sure that the sale kept on track right up to completion. Best estate agents ever! We instructed castles estate agents in Harringay after using an online estate agent, and the experience couldn't have been more different. From the moment we met Panos and Russel , we knew we could trust them with the sale of our flat. They were very knowledgeable about the area and local prices. They gave us an accurate valuation, and within days we had a buyer. Unfortunately the sale fell through, but within days of putting it back on the market, we had another buyer. We found Panos and the team to be very proactive always updating us on the process, chasing solicitors and the buyers, right up until completion. I have to say, it gave me a new appreciation of what a good estate agent do. I have no hesitation in recommending castles, knowing that you will be in very safe hands.

16 years ago I bought my home in Sirdar Road with Castles, Turnpike Lane - Panos, Maria and Steve were fantastic! I had the best experience then, as even the easiest purchase is a stressful process. Over the years I kept in touch with Panos and when I decided to sell I asked Panos to take Sirdar Road back on. I was introduced to Russell and Nora who were fantastic! Russell, made the time and effort to get as much information about my property in order to answer any questions that were asked. Russell and Nora were impeccable with there time keeping and communication, constantly on the ball and sold my property within days - after a failed sale - they were straight back on it and did it again!
