I spent 11 months househunting in West London and met agents from a dozen companies. None could compare to the service I received from Cavendish Rowe: no hard-sell tactics, only properties within my defined specs and budget were shown, complete disclosure upfront on any renovation or work needed (as opposed to having nasty surprises when the surveyor comes around). When I was worried about the extent of repairs that would be needed, the agent sourced contractors for me to talk to... all in all, I can't imagine going through the stressful experience that buying a property is with any of the other agents I met. And when the time comes to sell my property, I will be looking at doing it through Cavendish Rowe.
