I can throughly recommend Richard at Central if you are looking for someone to sell your property. Throughout the process they were attentive and responsive although to be honest our sale was pretty straightforward so didn't require a lot of assistance. Their staff were very knowledgeable about the area and I think this helped when it came to marketing the property. Due to market conditions I'm sure we wouldn't have had trouble selling with any other agent but I have no doubt that Central got it done quicker and achieved the best price due to their experience.

I never thought I'd say the phrase "My estate agents were great" but that genuinely was the case with Central. I had a long chat with Neil when I first went in, about the area and what I was after. He was so friendly and felt like he actually cared - especially as a first time buyer. Then I went on viewings with Rich, who was also great. Not pushy at all and also felt like he was just as excited as me. Great comms from everyone involved. I went to see other estate agents on the street and it felt like me asking just to be on their list was like I'd just punched their cat. Another agent on the street does group viewings, which was also a horrendous experience. Central were the total opposite, making that whole side of the process actually stress free - once the buyer had accepted my offer, there was no more back and forth. Couldn't recommend enough.

We searched with a few different agents in Walthamstow but quickly narrowed our search down to viewing only with Central. They listened to our requirements, were honest about the finer details and were consistently flexible with allowing us in for viewings. It seems Central and Stow Bro’s have the best properties in the area, but truthfully Stow Brothers would only ever set up ‘open house’ viewings on a Saturday. You’d feel like cattle in a house full of multiple other couples, with the agent rarely knowing anything about the property, often it was another potential buyer opening the door to you. We made an offer with Central and the exchange felt effortless due to their strong communication and support. It was Rich who really exceeded all expectations, going above and beyond to secure the deal despite unavoidable hurdles along the way. He was personable, caring and selfless in going out of his way to ensure all our needs were met and in keeping the seller on board. If it wasn’t for his hands on support we wouldn’t have exchanged in the first place. I can’t recommend Rich or Central enough and will only be dealing with them in the future.

I have nothing but great things to say about Central Estates and, in particular, Rich in sales. After several terrible experiences with other local agents (no names but basically most in E17), Rich helped us find the perfect house for my pregnant wife and I.
