10/10 recommend— Renee is absolutely lovely, she was incredibly friendly and professional when showing me properties and was able to answer all of my questions on the spot and even on the weekends almost immediately after me emailing her. Every flat I saw with her was in immaculate condition— clean, well kept and looked exactly like the photos. Furthermore I did not feel any pressure to make a decision in terms of putting an offer and she was also happy to allow me to view the properties again before deciding. Amanda has now taken over in terms of managing the tenancy and she too has been great— like Renee, very knowledgeable and quick to answer questions and ensured I was fully comfortable with everything before finalizing my tenancy agreement. As most people are who have rented in London for any length of time, I am particularly wary when it comes to agencies and agents, having experienced numerous problems in the past. From unfair fees, failure to maintain properties or contractual obligations, unreasonable deposit deductions; I've been through it all. My expectations entering into a new rental via Chamberland Residential could not have been more wrong. At every stage, Tom and Amanda were helpful, knowledgeable and extremely quick to answer any queries. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were always treated with importance, rather than being made to feel like a nuisance as we have with past agencies. We were really impressed with the level of service we received and would happily recommend them with confidence.

They are very professional! The contract and the check-in/check-out procedure was detailed and organised - no surprises. The property was also in really good condition. Whenever I had minor issues with my property, Vyara always helped me to solve them in a timely manner and was super attentive. Renee was also great when she showed me the property and quickly sorted out the contract and payment. Probably the best agency I worked with. Would recommend it!
