My shower handler spoilt on the first day of the third lock-down and I could not shower as a result. I was worried that I won't be able to have a shower for a while as the handler might be fixed quickly, considering the pandemic situation. I got in contact with Maggie of the Property Management to report about the issue. Maggie asked that I send him the pictures via CHAMPS app of what was wrong with the shower handler and that he would get in contact with the Landlord as soon as possible to resolve the issue. To my greatest delight, I got a call from a Plumber (whom had been contacted by Maggie) that the handler would be changed and the issue was resolved the next day. Maggie made sure that I was kept informed of the whole process. Really happy to finally be able to have a shower
