Paul, Adam and Mat were a fantastic team - can't recommend them highly enough. Have bought/sold several flats/houses over the years, mostly in the Highgate area, and Paul and his team were without doubt the nicest, most helpful group of estate agents I have dealt with. Our sale wasn't the easiest, and we had several false starts due to the market conditions at the time, but Anscombe's worked hard to get every viewing they could, and were very thorough with feedback and follow through. Pleasure to deal with: as with most things in life, treat them well, and they will look after you in return!

Property hunting is always difficult. I was working with number of real estate companies simultaneously to find a property that would suit our needs. I had a chance to work with Alice Maynard from Anscombe & Ringland and through out our property hunting journey she was super accommodating and very easy to work with. I was impressed by her follow ups when we were trying to find a place, and even more impressed with the follow through once we signed the lease. All in all, I can't think of anything better she could have done. My experience with the real estate company was unique to my interaction with her, and for that I think they deserve 2 thumbs up (or 5 stars). I will definitely use these guys again. I've used Anscombe & Ringland, Highgate branch as my letting agent for about three years now and their service is downright excellent. They are honest, upfront and extremely efficient, not to mention very professional. My dealings over the years have been with Jerome Walker. I cannot recommend him and his co-worker, Zara, highly enough. Jerome deals with any issues head on and in a timely manner. He pays attention to detail; is very professional and extremely personable. Zara who has also assisted in finding my tenants, has proven to be very efficient and no task is too small for her to handle. I couldn't be happier with their service. In my experience, they have found the perfect tenants; and have conducted all the background checks going over them with a fine toothcomb. It's a relief to know as a home owner, I'm in good hands.

I have just sold my house via Chancellors estate agents in Highgate. All the team were great, especially Mr Hussain Qazalbash. Hussain was a fantastic agent who worked really hard to secure a solid buyer for my property and was continually active in making sure the sale went through to completion. His communication throughout the whole process was brilliant and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional which I'm sure helped ensure a good relationship with the buyer also. Overall, I'm very happy with the service I received and I cannot recommend Chancellors in Highgate enough, especially Hussain. :):)

I would like to reiterate what has already been written here and also to add my experience with Anscombe & Ringland. I have just, successfully and stress free, moved into a lovely new property with my partner. We would both have to say that this was mainly down to Jerome who advised, guided and negotiated for us all the way through the process (which apparently is very stressful for people normally??). Not only did we find our perfect property, quickly, but the normal mountain of paperwork that normally ensues was made painless and convenient. Everything was very professional and at the same time very relaxed and friendly. As this was our first property we were moving into, Jerome ensured we didn't waste time viewing 'out-of-our-budget' properties and he very quickly assimilated what was suitable for us together with what we were looking for. This is so refreshing to have someone personable and friendly but with the efficiency needed to make moving property simple and fluid. Well i never did. Yes, buying a house is stressful, but when you are working with Paul Constantine it is also jolly good fun. We cannot praise the Highgate office staff of Anscombe and Ringland highly enough for the tremendous support we experienced during the sale of our flat. We have bought and sold many times in different places but can honestly say that the experience we had on this occasion with Adam, Paul and Michael and their colleagues was the best anywhere and was superb. We received weekly emails updating us on the number of internet searches of our property and accompanied viewings and we were sent emails after every viewing summarising the experience and feedback from clients. Adam helped us through the loss of the first buyer and found another within 24 hours, updating us all the time with phone calls and emails. When things got very difficult because of deficiencies on the part of our conveyancers, Adam stepped in and liaised with all parties to sort out the problems - going far beyond what was expected. Zara was very different to any other agent I contacted during my flathunting time: not only did she showed me the best flats I've seen (standards and value wise) but also she was on my side rather than the landlord's when negotiating. I felt like I was shown flats that tick the boxes from my requisite list - this is quite rare, usually I would be shown random flats that had not much to do with what I was looking for. Finding a home in London and going through the many formalities is often a pain as a stranger to Britain. The general process was pretty inflexible and annoying, lots of it out of the letting agencies direct control. Anscombes did what they could on their part to facilitate the process for me. Especially Alice Maynard, my main point of contact at Anscombes, was always available to help out. She was helpful, polite, charming, and replied to my many questions with endless patience even at quite impossible hours. Questions that I did not really know whom to ask, and that were going beyond what Ancombes would have to do for me in their official role were still answered by her, helping me a lot. She guided me through the many steps and parties involved in getting references checked, deposits settled, the property checked, helped out extremely swiftly when our heating was failing and we were sitting in the cold.
