We walked by Anscombe & Ringland in Notting Hill after weeks of looking for an apartment in London for the first time. We were immediately welcomed by Luke Moss who listened to our requests (which were many) and a couple of days later showed us three very good properties. Absolutely fantastic!! Anscombe and Ringland are the best property agents in London. Great thing about them is that they are not there to get rid of the properties that are in the market for a long time, like most real estate agents do, but to take you to the properties that fully suits your needs. This is my second time with anscombe and ringland and I am even more satisfied than I was last time. They just get keep getting better and better. My point of contact was (and still is) Henry Adams who was really really helpful, when I had to make a decision in a very short period. Luke Moss is by far the most helpful and professional lettings negotiator I have ever encountered. Even though my partner was injured, he was able to make sure to optimise the 6 viewings we had with him on a single day so that she could easily be present. As a buyer who had spent some 9 months trudging through the area searching, finding Anscombe and Ringland, and more specifically Nicholas Spencer, was a great relief. Nicholas was ultimately professional and did not show me properties that were "not even close" to what I was seeking as other agents did with regularity. He took my measure and called me on specific properties he knew would be of interest, one of which I did purchase. The true test of any service is not when things are going well, but the opposite. The sale was full of more questions than answers, slow responses from the property managers, lease plans in error and so it went.
