I recently just sold a property via Daania and Oliver. They are really a dream team. I went to two other estate agents and had the worst experience, limited viewings, inconsistent and limited feedback. And then I went to Chancellors. Everything changed for the better, Oliver was in touch on a regular basis, actively searching for potential buyers and providing feedback on viewings and guiding sale strategy, it was great. I just felt just ease working with Oliver and he’s just a good guy all round. Daania got the actual sale and she was easy to approach and available when I needed to speak to her, she’s very personable and easy to get on with. Matthew and Liam at A&R have been absolutely brilliant in helping us to sell our house. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. I walked into the Chancellors office to enquire about a bungalow on behalf of a family member i was met with a warm greeting from Roberto who was very welcoming. I explained I was looking for family and not myself he was very helpful giving me his business card as well as property details for the bungalow and similar properties in the area. We came across Anscombes when we went to view a house they were marketing which we really liked. We then put our house on the market through them the following week at a competitive commission rate. We had great photos done and viewings were arranged really quickly. From putting our house on the market at beginning of Feb, to finding a buyer, losing a buyer, finding another buyer, and then moving into our new house at end of July, 6 months start to finish was pretty good going I think. Liam and Matthew were very professional, approachable and responsive. They also encouraged us to deal direct with our buyer on a sticking point with their solicitor. This ended with things being resolved very quickly and I would encourage others to have direct contact between themselves rather than relying completely on solicitors. Despite a few minor hiccups, looking back the process was really very straightforward. I would use Anscombes in the future and recommend them to others.
