I moved into a flat managed by CHP about 5 months ago - my initial experience wasn't the best as the property manager assigned to be was unhelpful since the beginning. My experience with Charles Henry Peppiatt was excellent. After I put in an offer, the referencing check and tenancy agreement signing went through in a week. Nicolas was the listing agent of the property I'm currently renting. He is professional, efficient and always responsive. Most importantly, he is truly caring. Being the listing agent of the property, he went out of his way to help pass on my requests and answer all my questions. On the day of move-in, there was some mix-up in the keys from the landlord's side, and Nicolas made several trips to retrieve the keys and made sure I could check in that day. Since I recently relocated from the US, lots of the renting process in the UK was new to me. I feel lucky to have worked with Nicolas to find a place I like. He is trustworthy and reliable, truly living up to the good reputation here on Google :)

I was moved in within a week of viewing. Service was good throughout my tenancy. If I had problems they would help straight away. We interacted with Nicolas Kyriacou (mostly and in person for the viewing) whilst Andrea Veares dealt with the paper work i.e. forming a contract (tenancy agreement). Examples from our experience include - Nicolas was well informed about the property we were interested in and he could answer on the spot most question, otherwise he would contact the landlord and get back to us within minutes - Any further questions and clarifications following the viewing Nicolas was/is highly available on the phone to assists - The viewing was not rushed at all – which is something other agencies do and we absolutely hate! - Additional requirements from our side were accepted and presented in writing in the offer. - Amendments to the contract and rolling out a revised version were done in no time by Andrea - Viewing to contract completion was done within a week - that's fast (which included referencing and rolling out a revised virion following amendments )! So far 10/10 for both! The only thing left is for us to collect the keys to our new flat ! 😊 Highly recommended!
