During my 18 years plus history of Charles Sinclair acting as our letting agents there has always been a good and honest relationship They have been very diligent in finding suitable and reliable tenants. As a result of that I have always enjoyed peace of mind knowing that they were looking after my property and ensuring regular rental payments at all times. The company have always acted promptly to any issues in maintaining the flat regarding repairs which is good for tenants and me. Bobbi Cole and all staff are always helpful and highly professional. We have a property that has been managed by Charles Sinclair (CS) for 18 years. In that time our property has only not been rented for two months. They are very responsive both to the owners and the renters. I trust CS implicitly. It would be easy for them to bill us for items that don’t need repairing, we live overseas so it would be hard to know. However, every time I’ve checked on the property everything is in excellent order and their book keeping is impeccable. I cannot recommend CS highly enough. They remove all the stress of having tenants and they also deal with any problems we have with Lambeth Council on our behalf. If you are wondering if you should rent by yourself or to have a property manager do it, Charles Sinclair is worth every penny. I am so grateful to CS for their honesty, hard work, professionalism and courtesy. Look no further! Your property will be beautifully cared for and you can get on and enjoy other activities.

Charles Sinclair have been managing my properties in Stockwell for over 20 years now. It’s a family run business, the staff have been there for years and they know the market really well. They price their properties accurately and find good tenants who stay for years and treat the place well.Their maintenance team is exceptional, responding to tenants’ needs immediately and efficiently and keeping the properties in good order. Their accounts department is excellent. I’m rubbish at admin and end up asking them to resend my statements numerous times when I have to file my tax returns.. they do this with patience and humour. I recommend Charles Sinclair, not just because they do a really solid job but also because they are people with whom I have been able to form a good, personal, trouble free, working relationship which has stood the test of time. I didn’t actually realise how much time until I came to write this review.
