I have recently used Chartwell whilst looking for a property to rent. I have mixed experiences with estate agents whilst looking for rental property, some average, some horrific, but rarely a pleasure. I have to admit, my dealing with Chartwell was a genuine pleasure from the start to the end. Very clear, informed, and timely communication with updates during the process which fully managed our expectations and desire for information. In no way aggressive or imposing, totally understanding of our position and criteria, all in all very helpful and friendly. The pathway from finding a property, that is literally our dream home, through to picking up the keys and moving was nothing more than a good experience. I dealt with 3 different people at Chartwell along the timeline (1 incidentally), and they were all consistently helpful and friendly. I have never come away from an estate agent (in renting, buying, selling) thinking "we should use them next time", but certainly I would here.

This is an independent estate agents in Putney a minute from the river Thames. All my dealings with them I have found them to be professional, honest and a pleasure. Ritchie the Manager and Tymour who I have dealt with are gentlemen and makes dealing with an agent pure pleasure rather than a dread. For me there is nobody else I would sell my property through but them as I know there will be on my case and I would be free of any irritations as I can put all my trust in them.
