It is very easy working with Vilmis Ziurlys a Senior Lettings Negotiator (Chase Evans, Office: Canary Wharf E14 4AW), a very professional person and extremely helpful and quick in answering all the queries, he did manage to get a nice price for the house he found for me. Extremely happy with the service from Vilmis. Interestingly he did followup with me after i moved in and ensured i was settled which i dont see from other agents. I also met few of his team members (Peter) in Chas Evans office and everyone are kind and welcoming! I would suggest this team anytime!

It took me a while to write the review, but Chase Evans treated me and my partner to the single best letting/house rental experience we've ever had (this is the 6th property I rent and probably one of 100s that I've looked at across 2 countries). Very easy, simple and quick - super convenient and friendly as well. Any questions were always answered promptly and honestly and any issues solved. Our case was lead by Saleem Akhtar (our great negotiator who got as a good price and helped us find the right property) and Tereza Simkova on the admin side. Both were very helpful. Special props to Saleem who consistently went seriously out of his way to help and support us. He's a great guy too! Thanks guys An extra bonus, great key handover and entry inspection experience too!

Chase Evans have been amazing throughout. This is my 4th flat search and Chase Evans have really pulled all the stops. From house viewings to signing my tenancy agreement, I've not met another agency as good as Chase Evans. Valerio, the agent was extremely professional and responsive whenever I had any queries. I gave him my requirements and he was able to shortlist some of the best properties which suited my needs. Tereza, who helped with all the contracts and coordinating the entire move was also very attentive and helpful. I'd call to query the contract or issues with the apartment and she'd always respond super quickly. Alam the property manager has also been a great help with any minor property issues. Overall a very friendly and professional team, which I'd definitely be recommending to friends if they need to move!

Never found a better service so far when dealing with a property managment department.
