Having read negative reviews online, I was initially skeptical on engaging with the negotiator and Chase Evans. However Shahid has proven to be very professional, responsive, patient when I enquired on a handful of properties, and manages expectations well by being transparent on offer updates from the Landlord. It is challenging in this COVID-19 situation as viewings are restricted but Shahid has been very helpful in providing the necessary information as requested in order for me to make my decision on renting the property, and has given me much assurance. Shahid negotiates deal in the tenant’s best interest and is someone who keeps in mind on what tenants’ preferences are (e.g. I needed a big dining table and he found me a unit with a good sizeable table and has negotiated a good rate). I have just moved into the property and Shahid is not a negotiator who cuts off communication once the deal has been done, and has been helpful in resolving issues. His customer-centric approach is an asset for Chase Evans. Leigh who facilitated the paperwork process was very prompt in email replies, which helped expedite the process.
