Chatterton Rees have been invaluable in the selling of our property. We had a seemingly impossible task to sell on a tight deadline in order to secure out onward purchase. Jacob and Perry provided excellent insight and by really understanding their buyers, they matched the right buyers to the right property, achieving the full asking price. We very highly recommend Chatterton Rees. We worked with 3 large estate agents in the area over two years and none of them could find us a buyer.
