Absolutely fantastic 5 star service from Oscar. We had some delays due to issues from the sellers solicitors, which caused untold stress for my first time buying a property. However due to the tremendous hard work, great attitude, constant updates and continuous chasing from Oscar, we were able to complete in time for our move day. I would highly recommend Chestertons. Contrary to the other reviews we found Camillo and Adeel very responsive and helpful. They found us a new tenant in under a month and she moved in last week. Everything completed successfully, despite Covid. The only thing I don't like is the Chestertons portal (its the same with my accountants). I know it helps them but isn't great for me. Other than that everything was good.

He's the only estate agent I've met who called ahead of the viewing to confirm, checked how we were getting there and even arranged parking for us! Chestertons have been brilliant, very quick and efficient - Lesley is a credit to the team and has made the whole moving process easier with her extremely accommodating nature. Very knowledgeable and our flat is really more than we could have wished for. The only downside for me personally, is the use of Goodlord, which I find to be quite temperamental - had to get my application/referencing reset a few times but this was through no fault of Chestertons. The staff and process has been great overall. Smooth and efficient which is needed in lettings, thank you so much!
