Finding a new home can be an emotional and stress-inducing process, but we had an amazing experience working with Katie Baker. She was extremely kind, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with at all times. More importantly, she was always available, patient with our questions and listened carefully to our needs and requirements. She quickly understood what type of property we were looking for and came back with options that perfectly met our brief. We would highly recommend working with her!

We were extremely pleased by the service provided by Chestertons Chelsea and especially Kieran T. who had assisted my sister and I in finding a suitable two bedroom apartment in Chelsea. The apartment viewing went by extremely smooth, effective and followed by the COVID19 rules for safe apartment viewings. Kieran was great to work with as he immediately understood what type of flat we were looking for, showed us several appealing options as well as responded to all of our queries and questions in a very timely manner. We certainly can only talk positive about our entire experience from the first phone call, listings per email until we signed our lease agreement. Dealt with Katie who was new to the company at the time but couldn't have been more helpful. We thought our house move in Covid would be a nightmare but she found us exactly what we were looking for and made our move date happen seamlessly. The property was spotless when we turned up and she was always on time, easy to work with and always available for my many many questions via email or phone.
