It was the worst experience I ever had! Lost lot of money and sleep. After years of incompetence and bad service especially by the Covent Garden office and a long dispute, when I decided to sell, I recontacted Chestertons. Rebecca and especially Carlos assisted me through a long and excruciating sale process. I had two sales that fell through and various problems and delays. It was a tricky probate sale where the vendors live in Australia, but they pulled out all the stops to ensure fast and effective communication between buyer and seller.
