Absolutely excellent Estate Agent, really put my faith back in the profession. We had two agents previously fail to sell our flat with one managing to have a sale fall through due to not checking the buyers finances for 10 weeks. After that we instructed Jeremy at Chesterton's. Chestertons has been a remarkably good letting agency to deal with during our search for a place to stay. Hugo from the Wandsworth office was liaising with us during the initial stages of the agreement and even though he was on holiday at the time, he made sure that our queries were dealt with and had responded to our messages in a timely manner. Hugo and Simon have been very helpful in assisting us with the negotiations and were always approachable and worked with us from the time we found the apartment to the time we entered as tenants. After we moved into the property, Hugo helped with ironing out some issues, dealing with the concierge directly and we are now settled in. Having lived in Wandsworth for a couple of years, and Chestertons being relatively new to the market, there were other agencies that are more well known to me. My experience with Chestertons was completely different to the other agencies that I used to rent my flat through: being overseas, Chestertons were always good in calling me to discuss matters, and offers in particular; they were spot on in the type of tenant I was after; and the process of onboarding the tenant and moving them into my flat was a pain free, seamless one, again particularly helpful as I am overseas. I would recommend them highly and Adam is not only trustworthy in his job but a nice and approachable guy to have to deal with.

I had an agency trying to rent out my place for more than 6 weeks without any success or feedback. Chesterton had been interested on my property as long as this agency had it advertised but I had my doubts on changing agents as I was with the others for years. Finally I decided to move agencies and not only Chesterton move quickly, arranged marketing and pass feedback everyday, they managed to get me tenants ready to sign for a 2 year contract in a week.
