I purchased a flat through this branch of Chestertons. It was a tortuous process for a number of reasons none of which were due to the Agents. I dealt with Xander Dawes who was unfailingly helpful and reliable. Estate Agents tend not to have a good public image but Xander is a great example of how a good one can make the whole house buying business less traumatic.

We have been familiar with Josh and his team for a number of years whilst first looking for a house and subsequently selling the house we did buy via Chesterton Humberts. Over the years they have offered a great service with a great level of communication (which is the most important part in a very stressful process!) and advice including the feedback from potential buyers. We managed to take on board a number of these points and subsequently incorporated into our redecoration of "what buyers want". Through their network of locations they are able to market through a number of offices which ensured maximum exposure. They managed to handle all the questions and pressure that we put on them very well and in an always friendly and helpful manner despite us being quite demanding at times and acheived the best price for our house that we could have hoped for. We would definitely use them again if we move again (which hopefully will be not too soon!)
