I would like to share our great experience with Elina in the Lettings Team. We were looking for a flat and very quickly she found us the perfect one. During the entire process she was always available and took time to listen to our needs. We were not in London at the time so it was even more complicated from her side, but everything went so smoothly and she was always very professional, super kind and responded always very quickly to our questions or concerns. Awesome agency! My roommate and I just found a flat to rent through Chestertons, and had a really nice experience. I had two friends who both had really bad agents (ahem...Foxtons...cough...cough), so we were careful to find nice agents. Checked on allagents.co.uk for every agent we met. Ended up with Chestertons Hyde Park & Marylebone when we found a flat in Paddington. Viewing and stuff was all good obviously. Thing to note is the extra effort they put in for us. The agent Elina was really patient when we went though several rounds of negotiations with the landlord for the price. We settled at a nice price, then had big delays due to my roommate's visa. Again she was super patient and helped us through the process of getting our documents all in place. We must have sent 50+ emails throughout the process. Just had our contract signed (checked all the legal text, all nice and fair without pitfalls). Moving in our new place in 2 days. Super happy with the results. Elina you are the best!
