I bought my house in Maida Vale through Chestertons Little Venice and 8.5 years later they were the logical choice of agent to sell it for me. Houses are a rare thing in MV and Chestertons are the clear market leader in this slightly niche space and they knew exactly what my house was worth due to having most of the listings in the area. The other two agencies I had round for a valuation were miles away from its worth (valued it way too high I assume to win the listing) and had little to no recent house sales to back up their valuation. Mo and James were professional throughout and having experienced agents on your transaction really makes a difference and I thank them for all their hard work. They've been No1 in the area for as long as I've lived there and it's clear to see why. Highly recommended.

I must say first very frankly that I’m very satisfied -and my wide too who is the Lordlady in law- after having a conversation of 10 minutes Whith the manager Joseph about the amount of our flat’s rent Randolph avenue Little Venice London W9. In fact I have been in line with the manager Joseph He was listening very carefully and with great and tight attention to what I said to him about the rent of the week and the reason for which we wanted little augmentation of this price. Even though we didn't end up letting from Chestertons at the end of our search, our interaction with Daniel was great. He was helpful, took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and suggested other places to view. And even when he (unexpectedly) couldn't make one of our viewings, he arranged for someone else to come meet us. He really stood out, since most real estate agents we interacted with in London were unresponsive, changed viewings just minutes before they were meant to occur, and were often unhelpful.
