Sam Ingram is the estate agent that dealt in my purchase. He is an asset to this establishment. Sam really goes out of his way to help you. He has the knowledge know how of all that you need. Anything you are not sure of ask him. This young gentleman is polite and a real professional. I've seen many estate agents but he is really the best I've seen till now. I am very happy. And I will recommend Churchill Estate Agents to all my friends and relatives.

We sold our house through Churchill Estate Agents and I highly recommend them, they are definitely the best in Chingford. We tried the other Estate Agents in the past but none of them could get the job done. Churchill Estate Agents were amazing from start to finish and really supported us throughout the whole process, they recommended an excellent Solictors which really complimented their work as they knew each other and this really eased the process. If you are thinking about moving Churchill Estate Agents are the ones to use. They advised us on having professional pictures and the presentation of our property was outstanding. I would personally like to Thank Martin, Mark and Janet who were always professional and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a smooth transaction. “Thank you for all your hard work” This is not an isolated transaction as my Aunt and sister all sold their properties through Churchill Estate Agents as well and indeed they too, were most impressed with the quality of service which was extremely professional.

I've bought / sold 5 properties so far and Churchills have by far been the best agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I wasn't even their client (I'm the buyer not the seller) and yet they treated me as if I was. They gave me access to the property several times before we exchanged and were always happy to do so. They responded to every single email promptly. They chased the solicitors and were instrumental in getting things moving when the solicitors were delaying proceedings. I would be happy to recommend Churchill Estates in South Chingford. My property took just under 7 months to sell in a stagnant market, however, we did lose a buyer close to exchange after just 2 months when they decided to stay in the same area.

Wow!!! Churchill absolutely the best ever, only vetted house buyers came through our door. 13 views 9 offers amazing, they put us on to fantastic solicitors who were also amazing. Janet senior sale turrly safe in her hands, her communication throughout was second to none. Updates kept us wel informed.
