The flat that we saw wasn't available for the date that we wanted to move, the team went out of their way to secure for us identical flat in the same building, for the date we needed it! Took the time to update us through the whole process and explain all the details, took on board all our requests, all the furniture we wanted was in place when we moved in and all unwanted items were removed. It was the most stress-free moving house experience ever, all thanks to City homes! Highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future if we need to move!
