This property is very well situated right near the M1 and on the North Circular it's also near Brent Cross tube station, Tesco and Brent Street. There is free parking and a space most of the time. It's quite modern and was done up a couple of years ago the Studios are not huge but they are very clean and have a well-equipped bathroom.

Mo and Gary are down to earth people. I was pregnant when I was looking for a flat and got turned down by a lot of estate agencies. Citywall Properties Ltd agents are not discriminative people. They did their standard checks and all and was offered the flat last year. It’s a shame I can’t stay with them as I am looking for a bigger space for me and my kid now but I recommend this agency if you’re looking for good decent properties. Such genuine and approachable people.

Citywall Properties are FANTASTIC! I've been renting a beautiful studio in Brent Cross for the past 2 years now. I have Brent Cross shopping center, Brent Cross underground station & a 24 hour Tesco all on my doorstep. The area is incredibly safe, i go jogging in Hendon Park (which is just round the corner from my studio) at night! The staff at Citywall Properties are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet. The ones I've met personally, Mo, Ely & the Director Gary are incredibly friendly, down to earth people. During my two year stay, I've only had 1 or 2 minor issues that have needed their assistance. I've popped into their office once or twice after work & they've dropped whatever they were doing, to attend to me. They have always attended to any issues I've had quickly & effectively. Thank you Citywall Properties!
