Myself and my partner recently moved out of Whitechapel where we spent 24 months living in a flat managed by Cityzen. We had a good experience during our tenure and only moved to relocate abroad. On the two occasions we contacted the management about non-urgent issues, our queries were resolved professionally and quickly. Thanks again for a smooth and pleasant experience. I have worked with Cityzen since 2006, having bought from them and now use them to find and manage tenants. More recently, I had a flat had the with a leak in the roof. COVID-19 and a painful freeholder meant it took ages to get sorted. Thankfully though, Danny and team at Cityzen were amazing. He kept on it for me, hammering away with contractors, insurance companies, even the managing agent, schooling them in how to get stuff done! Danny came through, putting in a super human effort to get the flat back on the market and let as quickly as possible! These guys are brilliant. 5*

Originally the reviews and the website put me off and made me nervous but after getting the keys earlier today i can honestly say: My experience with Cityzen has been nothing but ease. I was viewing one beds in the building and bumped into Warren (the co-founder of Cityzen) he happened to have the keys and he offered me a chance to view a 2 bed he had to offer. It was incredible, me and my partner were hooked. It was our first time moving out, Warren was extremely helpful and spent at least triple the regular viewing time explaining how the process would work. Since then we've been given a property manager fifi,(who we met today and is a wonderful ball of energy and super helpful also) and (even though i dont think im supposed to) if ive had a big issue or something i need a really quick answer on ive called/messaged Warren, (remember hes not a Agent hes the co-founder) and he has never once had a complaint about this, truly down to earth (i dont recommend randomly doing this however haha). The communication i have received is first class - i can honestly say ive not once, not been able to contact someone to deal with a problem ive had. He also helped me negotiate on the rent with the landlord which turned out massively in my favor. I got a killer price in the end. The ONLY con i can think of is the website: Its likely older than i am and did scare me abit haha. All in all, the reviews i saw didnt paint an image that was even close to the experience i had, this experience for both me and my partner has been very very smooth.

We were looking for a flat to rent and we found this agency who had one flat in which we were interested. Everything went smoothly from day 1 till we signed the contract which took around 2 weeks and that's because we had to wait for our references. Very professional team they kept us updated every time when something was changing in our application. I would like to mention here Metin who presented us the property, Andy who meet with us and gave us the keys and explained what we need to do next and not the last Noah who kept in touch with us since the beginning and helped us with the documents and answered to all out questions. Having never written a review before I feel I need to do so about Warren one of the agents at Cityzen London. Super helpful, totally professional, went out of his way to be accommodating with tight time schedules, did everything he said he would do and frankly went the extra mile in trying to help me secure a property. Straight talking, pulls no punches, gets the job done, no faffing. From minute one on the phone he simply stood out from the crowd, head and shoulders above any other agent I have come across!

Having recently moved into a CityZen managed property I have only positive feedback for Warren, Jeremey and the team. Our property manager, Fifi, is responsive and very helpful and my experience at every touch-point has been great. I would certainly recommend this agent if looking for your next city centre pad. Recently left my apartment that I rented through Citizen, I had been there for two years, during this time I found Cityzen to be a decent, responsive agent unlike others we have worked with in the past. When an issue arose they were quick to send someone out to resolve the problem and when we left we had our deposit back within 1 week. I would definitely rent from them again.

I have had the best service I ever had with this agency! I can't write enough to thank the help and support received from in particular Cory, who did everything possible to make sure my experience goes as perfect as possible with them! He took the time to understand my needs as an individual, taking in consideration my working locations, my hobbies, my gym, and the person I'll be living with! On one day he took me to 4 different properties, and sat answering ALL of my questions without rushing me once, finishing WELL outside his shift hours. (oppositely to what normally happens with every other agent, where either you like the property and make an offer, either they speak to the next enquirer). I felt looked after and cared for. After expressing my interest Cory was off leave for a week, and even then he was constantly helping me through the process and keeping in touch with his collueagues to make sure my application doesn't get any complications! Which it did, but he helped through still. Cory is not just an agent, is a human who takes his job very seriously and treats you as a person more than a number! I am surely going to be with Cityzen for as long as I can and whenever I will suggest anybody to look for their properties through them!

It was a pleasure having Adriana Sieranska as our agent. It is hard to describe how much we appreciate her services, care, being always prompt and thinking outside the box. We had been looking for a place for one month among tricky agencies and bad experiences.
