Cockburn's Estate Agents provided an excellent service for the sale of our property from the moment I picked up the phone to ask for a valuation to the moment I received the "Congratulations, the sale has completed" email. The process was efficient and professional and we were kept well informed throughout. I can thoroughly recommend them.

Using Cockburn's has been an amazingly positive experience, starting with the professional sales service and sound advice from Sam and Peter, to prompt and up to the minute sales progressing from Loveleen, who always kept us informed and in the loop. All the other staff seemed equally efficient and helpful when my contacts were unavailable. You don't normally get this sort of service from Estate Agents, so I can thoroughly recommend Cockburn's. Just a shame they don't have offices nationwide.

We bought our first house through Cockburn Estate agency and can honestly say if it wasn’t for Loveleen the Sales Progressor, this purchase would have fallen through. We encountered many hurdles over what was 5.5 month process from offer to completion, and the wider team (Peter and Sam) did everything they could to chase, escalate, and complain throughout the process. Loveleen in particular went above and beyond anything expected of her. Every conversation with her was friendly, smooth, personable, and her constant chasing of solicitors and keeping us informed of the progress made in the chain kept us sane and reassured. She really saved the day for us especially as everything almost fell apart due to the delays caused by solicitors on both sides, which was incredibly frustrating. Loveleen made us feel valued and took the time to understand our concerns and deadlines, often feeling like therapy sessions due to the difficulty of everything! She would call and chase out of hours/ on leave/ early morning, and often come up with ideas and solutions to problems – nothing was too much for her. In all my years in purchasing products or services from organisations I have never ever had the pleasure of dealing with someone as professional or personable as Loveleen, she’s one in a million and is absolutely awesome. Loveleen, we are eternally grateful for your advise and your help – thank you for everything!

overall dealings with Cockburn Estate Agents was very good indeed and very professional. I thought they were attentive and customer focussed and the level of communication with me was excellent. Their process for selling the property was clearly explained and I thought the fee charged was fair and reasonable. I dealt with a number of different individuals and in each of my dealings I was very satisfied with their help. The sale was made difficult owing to a particularly unhelpful solicitor "down the line" and this led to several occasions when matters became tense. Cockburns made every effort to speed matters along and keep the communication channels open between the interested parties and despite the unprofessional solicitor involved, their efforts were much appreciated. From the onset Peter and team really showed how transparent they’re with pricing - the ONLY EA that quoted us a % fee with VAT included - all other EAs went for the ‘% plus VAT’.
