Syede Cole managed to get us serious buyers to view the property, and nearly all of them made an offer, one of whom was just three days after the market opened following lockdown. Syede managed to get us the full asking price, and was very helpful throughout the process both in giving us advice and in negotiating with others in the chain for exchange and completion dates, which is unlikely to have happened if it were not for his perseverance.
