Cosway picked the keys up from the other agency, photographed the property and had it online within hours and there were already viewings lined up for the next day. I don't like estate agents as a rule. The guys at Cosway are the exception. They are personable, professional, friendly and most important of all they sold my house at a time of great instability in the market because of political uncertainty. Aspects that made them great were: always answered the phone rather than getting through to voice mail, excellent at laising with solicitors, buyers, etc, right up to exchange of contracts, navigating every hurdle successfully and planning back-up options, Mark Collins, in particular, showed great empathy and did his best to take as much of the stress away from us as he could. Mark Nassab was willing to come back as often as necessary to take new photos, such as of the garden as it came into flower and after decorating two of the rooms. They eliminated time-wasters and only brought round "quality" prospective buyers. I am not an easy client - I have the patience of a two-year-old - but they managed my impatience like gentlemen. Don't bother going for multi-agents. These guys as sole agent will do the deal.
