We have dealt with Coultons for almost two years, using their fully managed service for one of our rental properties. We are fortunate enough to have another rental property outside Coultons’ area so this enables us to compare the two agents/service. Coultons compare very favourably. They are professional, know their area inside out, and manage the rental very well. All the pressure is taken off the landlord, with the tenancy being dealt with directly by Coultons. They are responsive to the needs of the tenants, ensuring that any maintenance or contractual issues are managed promptly. However, we feel that the interests of the landlord are also fully considered and protected. Overall, we would recommend Coultons without any hesitation, to anyone looking for service and peace of mind. Thanks to all the team at Coultons, we really value our professional relationship. These guys were amazing taking us through the process of selling our old house and buying our new one and they made everything so straight forward. Paolo came round and gave us great advice on getting the house ready for photos and viewings, and organised a fabulous photographer too.
