“From the very first contact for the viewing of our rental property we took with Courtneys through to the move in and completing all the appropriate paperwork, it was an extremely smooth and easy process. Both Lauren and Tim were excellent on communications. The applications and forms to fill all seemed very clear and swift to process and the property spec and cleanliness alongside our inventory was excellently executed. Quick and quality service. Tim and Lauren have been on top of everything. I requested a viewing with 2h notice, as I was leaving the city for 10 days for work, and they made it happen. Hello everyone, I here to say my experiences l have with estate agents and I have not be with Courtney estate and estate agency is a quck way to look for any kind property someone want to rent from them. Moreover rent house or room or flat you have to be especific because their time is very small to spend with clients and don't 🤙 call them out of service hours and problems I have with some estate agency is their charge fees so high see room price 350pound a month and estate agency want to take 150 for a charge that too much anyway never rent from Estate agency but if I will do I will be paying a such amount to rent rooms or any kind of a house 🏡.
