A. H.I purchased a property which Cousins was acting as the sole agent. From the start Paul was very friendly, professional and courteous. I was impressed with the virtual tour of the property and it was easy to organise the viewing and ultimately place an offer which I was very glad was accepted by the seller. Even though there were some delays in the transaction completing he kept me informed of the seller's situation through email and telephone, and was always responsive. Highly recommended!
