They completely supported me through the purchase of my flat, especially Thomas, who was not only great at keeping me updated every step of the way, but also really proactive and reactive. I’m sure I wouldn’t have been able to get the purchase through before the end of the stamp duty holiday without him. Would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them.

M.We have a house on Beaconsfield Rd that belonged to our late mother who past away many years ago which we rent out. Over a number of years Lee & Elsa have been extremely helpful & informative in regard to giving us required valuations for the purpose of remortgaging which we needed for the purposes of probate initially & then capital raising going forward. They have always been so very helpful even taking time to come & view the house KNOWING that it's not going up for sale in order to advise on up to date valuations & advice on what's happening in the area. Elsa even rang & informed me when our gutter was damaged & leaking water as they manged the flat next door & it came to her attention.
To summarise they are just extremely nice people who are very knowledgeable & professional. As I promised Lee, the only agent we would consider when we decide to sell is Cousins in Westgreen Rd. Thank you for your professional advice, & willingness to be of help over the years. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

The process was transparent and what I agreed with them before signing the tenancy agreement was delivered. Also their maintenance team adequately responds to fixing issues.
As a negative - on the move in day there was an internal miscommunication but the issue was adequately resolved.
