This agent seems to always list properties with guide price ranges of 300k-400k. I assume they are either attempts at manipulating potential buyers or just shows a complete lack of ability to correctly value properties. Attached screenshot shows one which came through on the mailing list in Mar 22 - wild difference between 1,350,000 and 1,800,000 😒
